Version 0.3 is out with a lot of new functionalities!
Here is what's new since the different version of DirectContact:

What's new in Version 0.3 ?

DirectContact:
- Added a System Tray Icon, so that you can close DirectContact windows and still have DirectContact on.
- The My Address feature gives your computer a unique address on the Internet. This way you can give people the address of your DirectContact 's site by copy pasting your address from DirectContact. For better result, I advice to subscribe to DynDns.com for free DNS services.
- A new installer and loader which enables to start DirectContact with windows in minimzed mode.
- Different bugs corrected.
My Photo Albums:
- A new service which enables to publish your photo albums online. You simply have to select one of your hard drive directory containing .jpg files and DirectContact will automatically create thumbnails and make the album accessible online. Your friends can browse through your photos albums easily.
My Contacts:
- A new service which maintain a contact list of your friends having DirectContact installed. You are now able to see who is online and access their files and photos by clicking their names.
My Files:
- Added support for clients such as Download Accelerator, GetRight, or Mass Downloader which create several connection for a single file.
- Added features that enable downloaded files to keep its original names. No need to rename the files that you downloaded, they already have exactly the same name as on your friend's harddrive.

Security Update


DirectContact version 0.3c is now available, including security updates and minor bugs fixes.

If you already have a previous version installed, simply restart DirectContact and it will be updated automatically.
